Features

Easy Steam

The special Easy Steam function allows the water to evaporate inside the oven cavity, improving and speeding up the cooking process. The nutritional properties of foods thus remain intact, preserving the flavors, appearance and texture of the dishes. In this way, Easy Steam function helps the food stay cooked better than the same cooking without adding moisture.

True fan cooking

With the heating element located around the fan, you can cook many kinds of food on different levels without mixing flavors and smells. This function is great for foods that need to be well cooked but at the same time needing to stay tender and moist.

Maxi space cavity

74 usable litres (86 gross liters) with 7 levels with easier-to-remove side racks for your multilevel preparations.

 

Idroclean

Without using any type of detergent, this function helps remove the dirt inside the oven thanks to the moisture generated by the water warming at 80-90°C.

Soft closing door

In Elba ovens, the soft closing door is fitted with special hinges that are specifically developed to soften noise and automatically slow down the movement when closing.

Easy to remove inner glasses

To assist with cleaning, Elba ovens doors are fitted with easy-to-remove inner glasses.
Just remove the glass retainer by pushing the side clips and lift up the inner glasses.

Automatic light switch on

The oven light will turn on automatically when the oven door is opened.
